Yoga Nidra is a systematic relaxation practice that guides practitioners to an expanded state of the field of consciousness beyond the 5 senses. This wisdom teaching is a portal into one’s authentic nature, where the timeless self resides. This understanding reveals the sacredness of present moment time, how to use visualization effectively, and uncovers a deeper understanding of who we are. Tracking time in quiet brain states will be encouraged, as this is where the mind is most receptive to accept new information, instruction and up-to-date programming that has the potential to shift and alter core internal patterns (samskaras) that then transform external reality and perceptions.

A state of Harmony can be experienced when the outer world of form and matter align with our inner perception of self. This state of balance is a constant practice of self-inquiry and self-awakening.
Please join me for a 6 week study series of perception, belief systems, lower mind conditioning, authentic desires, and higher nature of true self.
Using the practices and techniques encoded into the wisdom teachings, we will explore internal alertness, brain synchronization, and heart coherence.
Each week will be a combination of: yoga nidra, meditation, creative visualization, mindfulness movement (like chi gong), pranayama, and other techniques that facilitate connection to higher states of consciousness.

Lecture, Discussion, mindfulness practice (maybe some movement, and lots of stillness)
Recommended for students who are ready for transformation, and ready to question their beliefs and what is truth. This is not a stress relief class.
A solid seated practice of meditation and.or yoga nidra is highly encouraged.
In the integration of research from the fields of psychology and neuroscience with the timeless wisdom of the ancient yogis and mystics, Prem Robin Campbell and Tanis are teaming up to offer yoga teachers an integrated understanding of the yogic path for inner awakening. This series is an opportunity for yoga teachers to deepen their personal integration of yogic wisdom and practice; as well as, teacher skill development of facilitation of this transformational works with their students. This 3 part series will examine the path of inner awakening within the context of psychology, neuroscience, and the path of the mystic.

Prem and Tanis are teaming up again to offer an integrated understanding of the Yogic path for inner awakening. This is an offering for Yoga teachers and sincere yoga practitioners to deepen their personal integration of Yogic wisdom in their life through in depth discussions and experiential practices.
