FREE NIDRA RECORDINGS FOR BEGINNERS AND EXPERIENCED STUDENTS
How our library began…
The word "Seva" is a Sanskrit word meaning “service.” However, it is more than a simple desire to help others. As Swami Niranjan explains it, “seva” is actually composed of two words, “saha,” which means “with that,” and “eva,” which means “too.” Taken as a whole, the word “seva” means “together with” and describes the actions that seek collective uplifting through the understanding of the needs of others and are based on togetherness and integration. It is an expression of compassion for others and a genuine desire to uplift those around you.
At the core of the School of Sankalpa our teachers and members have a deep heartfelt desire to spread the practice and state of yoga nidra to all who can benefit from its ancient teachings. As a manifestation of this commitment we offer our library of nidra recordings to all who land on this page.
Here you will find recordings from the founder of the School of Sankalpa, Tanis Fishman, our Faculty as well as graduates of our Teacher Training Program. We are very honoured and blessed to share our recordings with you.
If you are inspired in anyway from any of our teachers please feel free to reach out and send us an email describing how their nidra touched your soul. We would love to hear from you. Please write us at: tanis@schoolofsankalpa.com
