A Collection of Yoga Nidra Practices
This library holds Yoga Nidra recordings created across many years of my practice, teaching, and exploration.
For more than twenty years, Yoga Nidra was one of the primary maps through which I explored attention, consciousness, inner experience, and the contemplative traditions that shaped my work. During those years, I recorded many practices and shared them freely.
I’ve chosen to keep this collection available as a resource for anyone who finds value in the practice.
Some recordings are deeply restful. Others explore particular aspects of Yoga Nidra, including the body, breath, sensation, imagery, Sankalpa, awareness, and the traditional maps of consciousness that informed my teaching at the time.
Because these recordings span different periods of my work, you may also notice my language, understanding, and way of guiding evolve as you move through the collection. They offer something of a living record of my years inside the practice.
The recordings are arranged chronologically, with the older practices near the top of the page and the most recent recordings at the bottom.
You are welcome to begin wherever you feel drawn.
Listen.
Experience the practice for yourself.
Notice what you encounter.
And take from these recordings whatever genuinely supports your own exploration.
These practices are offered freely, with care, and with gratitude for the many years Yoga Nidra was such an important part of my life and work.
