A Place to Return
Every person participates in a field.
We influence the atmosphere around us through our attention, our presence, our relationships, and our intentions, often without realizing it. Some fields arise unintentionally. Others can be consciously cultivated.
When a group gathers with a shared intention and returns to that space over time, something unique begins to develop. In my experience, the field itself becomes a place we can more easily enter again, supporting greater stillness, coherence, receptivity, and alignment.
These weekly group field meditations are an invitation to participate in that kind of field.
They are offered as a weekly anchor. A place to gather in community, to become quiet and still together, and to return to a shared environment intentionally cultivated to support presence, coherence, and deep listening.
The Shared Field
Part of my role is to tend the shared field with the same care one might tend a garden or a sanctuary, cultivating the conditions in which each person can meet themselves more deeply.
While I offer gentle guidance throughout each meditation, much of my attention is devoted to the quality of the space we are creating together.
One participant who has attended these gatherings over several years recently shared that the experience brought forward the vision and quality of sitting in a cathedral together.
I appreciated that description because it points toward a consecrated place intentionally devoted to silence, presence, and the sacred. A place where simply entering invites communion with the divine.
That is the spirit I hope to cultivate in these weekly gatherings.
This field is not something I create alone. It is something we consciously cultivate together through our shared presence, intention, and willingness to arrive. My role is simply to tend it with care, helping to establish a stable environment that quietly supports whatever each person is sincerely ready to receive.
What We'll Practice
We begin by arriving in the body, allowing the nervous system to settle and attention to gather.
Together we consciously enter the shared field through meditation, silence, and presence.
Each week we will explore a different quality of consciousness, allowing it to become something we experience rather than simply think about. Themes may include Presence, Receptivity, Compassion, Forgiveness, Discernment, Trust, Coherence, and Intention.
The emphasis is not on achieving a particular state, but on cultivating the conditions in which greater alignment can naturally emerge.
A Time of Conscious Receiving
The final ten minutes of each gathering will be held in silence, creating space to receive more deeply from the field we have cultivated together and from what I have come to understand as the Love of Creation.
When I speak of the Love of Creation, I am referring to the animating presence that gives rise to and sustains life. It is not something I experience as personal or something I generate. Rather, it is something I intentionally become available to and invite into the field we are holding together.
Just as the natural world flourishes under the right conditions, my experience has been that a carefully tended field can become especially supportive of presence, coherence, restoration, and inner alignment.
During this time I hold the intention that the Love of Creation may become more available within the field for those who wish to receive it. My role is simply to serve as a doorkeeper, offering this opportunity with humility, care, and your consent.
Whether your intention is healing, restoration, clarity, inner processing, expansion, or simply resting more deeply in presence, you are invited to receive only what is supportive and appropriate for you.
Participation in this portion of the meditation is always optional.
Who These Gatherings Are For
These meditations are open to anyone who feels drawn to this work.
Some familiarity with meditation or inner sensing may be helpful, but it is not required.
There is nothing to achieve and no particular experience you need to have.
You are simply invited to come as you are.
My Intention
My hope is that these weekly gatherings become a place you can return to.
A weekly anchor.
A shared field that becomes increasingly familiar through our practice together, quietly supporting greater presence, coherence, and alignment long after each meditation has ended.
