Currently, I offer two courses that reflect what I have learned and experienced over the past two decades of studying Yoga Nidra. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner, a yoga teacher, or new to the practice, these offerings provide distinct layers of insight, taking you from foundational teachings to more advanced, spiritual explorations.

1. Awakening from Our Sleep: Yoga Nidra Training & Immersion
A Grounded Foundation to Begin Your Journey into Yoga Nidra
This course was created from my own studies and practice over many years. It’s designed to be a thorough foundation in Yoga Nidra, offering both the practical tools and spiritual insights I’ve gathered along the way. This training is highly supportive for beginners, experienced practitioners and teachers alike.
Recorded live over five days, this course includes 15 lectures, 12 full-length Yoga Nidra practices, 2 meditations, 2 manuals and plenty of notes to guide you in your journey.

The Inward Path: A 7-Week Advanced Exploration
A Deeper Exploration into the Stages of Yoga Nidra
Once you’ve completed Awakening from Our Sleep, The Inward Path offers the opportunity to continue your exploration into the layers of Yoga Nidra in a more focused and spiritual way. This offering was recorded over seven weeks, where we dove into one stage of the practice each week, exploring the Koshas with intention and contemplation. Each lecture is accompanied by a full-length practice focused in that specific stage that helps you immerse fully in the essence of each layer of being.

This course is primarily intended for those who have completed a foundational training (mine or another), as it builds on the core principles and practices of Yoga Nidra. While it’s encouraged to take the foundational course first to ensure a solid understanding, it’s not mandatory. If you’re already familiar with the basics and have been practicing for some time, and you’re ready to take your practice to the next level—whether for personal growth or to guide others on their own inward journey—this course provides a space to deepen your relationship with the practice and explore new dimensions of Yoga Nidra.

Awakening from Our Sleep is the ideal place to begin if you’re looking for a thorough introduction to Yoga Nidra, grounded in both the practical and spiritual teachings I’ve spent years learning and sharing. That said, this training is also highly supportive for experienced practitioners and Yoga Nidra teachers. Over the years, I’ve had many teachers return to my courses time and again, finding that each time, the material lands in a new way that aligns with their evolving path. Whether you’re just starting or deepening your existing practice, this course offers valuable insights and tools to support you wherever you are on your journey.
The Inward Path is a beautiful next step if you’re ready to deepen your practice and engage more fully with the spiritual layers of Yoga Nidra. It’s a gentle continuation, offering more insight into each Kosha, and I hope it inspires your own teaching or practice.
Both courses are designed to complement one another, with Awakening from Our Sleep providing a solid foundation and The Inward Path offering an opportunity to immerse deeper.
