The course is organized into a series of video teachings, guided practices, and written materials. There will be foundational teachings as well as more advanced concepts. Each stage of the practice is supported by video lecture as well as detailed notes and the opportunity to reflect and deepen your understanding. You can move through the material at your own pace and revisit it whenever you feel the need.
